Reid F. Outcelt

Reid Francis Outcelt, 45, of Vernon County, WI passed away at home May 13, 2021. He was born to Dale and Patricia Outcelt, September 27, 1975 in LaCrosse. He is survived by his mother, brother, Kurt and he was preceded in death by his father.
