Linda Pearl Chambers

March 20, 1945 — January 7, 2018

Linda Pearl Chambers received her Crown of Everlasting Glory on Sunday January 7th, 2018 after a long battle at the hospital recovering from heart surgery where she fought a good fight for as long as she could.

Linda was born on March 20, 1945 to Leroy and Violet (Simons) Chambers in Mount Vernon, Ohio and then eventually settled in Wisconsin Rapids with her mother and stepfather Carl Richards. After marrying her first love, James Morzinski, and having one child, April, she and her husband relocated to Onalaska, WI where they had their second daughter Amy. Linda loved the many pets she had throughout her life as well as collecting antiques, playing cards, and flee market shopping and rummage sale-ing with her friends. She will be greatly missed, more than she could have ever imagined, by her friends and family, after being taken from them tragically too soon.

Linda is survived by one of her best friends, the second love of her life and loving (step) father to her children Francisco Valdez of Mindoro WI, her lifelong friend Gloria (Robert) Degroff of Sheboygan Falls WI, her daughter April (John) Jaeger of Coon Valley WI and grandchildren Karalyn, John Michael, and Alexander, and daughter Amy Mills (Michael Dobrunz) of Kenosha WI, with grandchildren Allison Paige Mills also of Kenosha and Ehlonna Mills (Jeremy Jerrett) of Gays Mills WI, who gave her Jensen Jerrett, her first great-grandchild.

Funeral services will not be held at the request of Linda, but the many whose lives she touched may come to say their last good bye at Hamilton Cemetery in West Salem, WI on Sunday January 21st at 2:00 pm. and are also welcome to reminisce at Features in West Salem, on Sunday at 3:00 pm. You may also call her daughter Amy, who would love to hear from you and how you knew her mother along with any stories you may have to share so she may share them with Linda's family. She can be reached at 262-288-1799. If you choose, you may send your condolences or flowers in care of Seland Funeral Home.
