Donald “Congo” Ray Myhre, 80, went home to Jesus on March 7, 2020 in Chaseburg. He did not lose his battle, the cancer didn’t win - he gained his greatest reward, eternal life in heaven where he is now and forever at peace.

One of his most fulfilling jobs was as custodian for St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church for almost 40 years. A Servants Heart and that job filled his heart with so much joy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, LaVerne and Dennis Myhre and a sister, Bonnie Kendall.
Casket bearers will be his grandchildren, Cole Dahlke, Austin Schroeder, McKenzie Berent, Hayden Berent, Savannah Dahlke, Joshua Dahlke, Kyle Ward and Grace Ward. They will take one last walk with Grampa.
