Nancy L. Moeller-Miller

Nancy Lynn (Fladhammer) Moeller-Miller, 58 of Chaseburg, WI, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Emplify Health System by Gundersen, after a three-month battle with cancer.

She was born August 10, 1968 to Elsie (Engebretson) and Tilman Fladhammer Jr. and grew up on the family farm outside of Cashton (west Portland). She graduated from Cashton High School in 1986. After High School she moved to New York and was a nanny for a few years and obtained an Associate degree online. She was engaged and married Robert Moeller. Together they raised one daughter, Ashley. After Ashley’s graduation, they divorced and Nancy moved back to Wisconsin and worked in accounting at various places, ending at Citizen’s Bank in Viroqua as a Loan Support Specialist. She married Michael (Fuzzy) Miller on October 1, 2022.

Nancy enjoyed gardening, snowmobiling, UTV rides, listening to country and 90’s music, playing Bingo and Nertz. She also enjoyed attending local truck and tractor pulls with her baby sister. Her favorite moving was Mama Mia. She was often seen in the stands or along the sidelines of nieces and nephews games/matches. She did needlepoint, knitting and other crafts. She must have enjoyed pulling weeds, because she was always in the flower beds at Mom & Dad’s and pulling weeds whenever she seen one in the way. She volunteered for various organizations in the community. Whenever someone asked for help or she found something that needed to be done, she pitched in.

She is survived by her parents, daughter Ashley Moeller-Jameson and her husband Dennis, sisters; Shirley (Anthony) Herricks, Debbie (Todd Page), Carol Daggsgard, Dawn Barney, and brother Wade (Theresa); husband Michael (Fuzzy) Miller, step-daughter Abigail Miller, step-granddaughter Trinity, sister-in-law Karen Ginther and friend Ed Meihlke, mother-in-law and father-in-law Nancy and Ronald Miller; nieces and nephews: Tim (Brittany) Herricks, Hagen, Landen; Todd Herricks, Jackie Page, Whitney Page, Derick (Ava) Page, Samantha Laufer, Scarlett, Vivian; Lauren (John) Olson, Madison, Ellie; Lily Barney, Dylan Barney, Isaac Fladhammer, Ethan Fladhammer. Nancy was very well cared for by her very very special friend Marie Haugen.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Lillian and Thillman Fladhammer and maternal grandparents Alice and Carl Sather and Ivar Engebretson; aunt Agnes Schreier, uncles Paul Schreier, Ingvar Engebretson, Jerry Bailey, Robert Greener, cousins Vickie Bailey and Bruce Bailey.

A private memorial service will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026 at the Seland Funeral Home in Coon Valley. A public graveside service will be held at 1:45 p.m. at the North Coon Prairie Lutheran Cemetery in Newry.
