Kathryn M. Peterson

Kathryn M. Peterson, 82, of Westby, died Saturday January 12, 2013 at Norseland Nursing Home in Westby. She was born May 22, 1930 to Carl M. and Lydia (Hagen) Peterson in La Crosse. She attended school in Westby and graduated from Westby High School. The majority of her working years were spent as a clerk at Rudie's Drug Store in Westby.

Survivors include her brother Roger (Grace) Peterson and nephew Carl (Mary Pat) Peterson of Westby; her sister-in-law Kay Peterson, niece and nephew Karla and Paul Peterson of Colorado Springs, Colorado and several great nieces and nephews including Leah and Eric Peterson of Westby.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Reidar.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday January 15, 2013 at the Viroqua Church of Christ. Rev. Jeff Coon will officiate with burial in the Middle Coon Valley Lutheran Cemetery, rural Chaseburg. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until service time.
