Dennis J LeJeune

Dennis J. LeJeune, 52, of La Crosse died Monday April 16, 2018. He was born December 7, 1965 to William and Rose Marie (Mlsna) LeJeune.  Dennis graduated from Westby High School in 1984. He worked on the home farm for several years and also the Newburg Corner Cheese Factory for a short time. In October 1988 he began working at the Kwik Trip Distribution Center in La Crosse where he has been a hardworking and loyal employee. Dennis enjoyed going to casinos, loved spending time with his family and family events and was an avid Packer, Badger and Brewer fan.

We will miss his positive attitude, hearty laugh and willingness to help anyone in need.

Survivors include his mother, Rose Marie; siblings, Sandy (John) Ritter, Michael (Diane), Francis (Carol), Marvin (Debbie) Sharon (Steve) Tarpening, Jean, Joan, Mark and Peggy.  Although he had no children of his own, he considered his 19 nieces and nephews and their spouses as his own.

He was preceded in death by his father, William in 2002, brother Frank and nephew Allan both in 1977.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday April 23 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Coon Valley.  Msgr. Robert Hundt will officiate with burial at a later date.  A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Seland Funeral Home in Coon Valley with a prayer service at 5 p.m.
