Constance "Connie" I. Franks

Connie Franks, 77 of Viroqua, passed away peacefully with her daughter and granddaughter by her side at the Bland Bekkedal Hospice Center on March 21st, 2019.

She was born in 1941 in Illinois to Francis and Anna (Marten) King and Married in 1959 to Louis L. Franks.

Connie is survived by her son Bradley Franks of Minnesota, her daughter Pamela Franks of Viroqua, her granddaughter Angela (Kyle) Clark of Viroqua, and her many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Louis, her son Larry, her parents, her brothers Jean and Max, and her sisters Fran, Ella, and Carol.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday March 25, 2019 at St. Mary’s Annunciation Catholic Church in Viroqua with Father Janusz Kowalski officiating.  A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.  Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery in La Farge.  The Seland Funeral Home in Coon Valley is assisting the family.  Condolences may be given at selandsfuneralhome.com.
