Bonnie Jean Myhre

Bonnie Jean Myhre, 65, of Coon Valley died peacefully Thursday July 25, 2013 at Vernon Manor in Viroqua. She was born July 24, 1948 to Bernard and Harriet (Galstad) Myhre in La Crosse. She was baptized and confirmed at the Coon Valley Lutheran Church. Bonnie did home health care in the Coon Valley area for many years. She was an excellent cook and loved spending time with her grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her son Jay (Tana) of Belgium, Wisc.; 2 grandchildren, Samantha and Brady; one brother Mickey (Marianne) Myhre and one sister Carol (Steve) Weber both of Coon Valley; 7 nieces and nephews Suzy Dickman, Cathy Myhre Foster, Michael Myhre, LeeAnn (Ben) Heinz, Lance Weber, Luke (Jennifer) Weber and Laura Weber;, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday August 3, 2013 at the Seland Funeral Home in Coon Valley. Rev. Mitzi Miyamoto will officiate with burial in the Coon Valley Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
